Ron Rabago
Chairman & Outside Director
Ron Rabago serves as Senior Vice President of Program Management for VT Halter on the U.S. Coast Guard's Polar Security Cutter Program.
He served more than 36 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, achieving the rank of Rear Admiral (0-8). His last assignments were as the Coast Guard's Chief of Acquisition and Chief Engineer. Other assignments of note include commanding the Coast Guard's only shipyard and command of a 270-foot Coast Guard Cutter.
After leaving active duty, Rabago worked for more than five years as an independent consultant in the private sector, supporting numerous companies doing business with the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense.
Rabago is a licensed Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in ocean engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, a master's degree in naval architecture and marine engineering and mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College.

Rick Barrett
Outside Director
Rick Barrett is an operational executive with more than 25 years of global, multinational experience with a strong focus on operational excellence. Rick has led efforts at business in the US, Europe, South America and Asia. Since 2019, Rick has been leading the manufacturing operations of the pre-fabrication divisions of DPR Construction. With over 7,500 employees and more than $7 billion in annual revenue, DPR consistently ranks as the largest General Contractor in the US. DPR is focused on changing the way things are done in the AEC industry through innovation and technology.
Rick attended Colorado School of Mines on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Environmental Sciences.

Jamie Bruce
Birdon Group CEO & Inside Director
Jamie became Managing Director and major shareholder of Birdon in 2008 and President of Birdon America in 2011. Following the steady growth of the Birdon Group, Jamie took on the broader role of CEO in 2014. His drive and leadership stems from firsthand knowledge of the business and his dedication to customer service. Since completing an engineering apprenticeship with Cummins in 1995, Jamie has been involved in all levels of the business, from hands-on project delivery to operations management and strategic leadership.
